Driving Directions from Nanaimo:

Follow Highway 1 south from Nanaimo. Once you have left Duncan over the "Silver" Bridge you have arrived in the South Cowichan Valley.
Follow the Blue and White B&B signs or the directions on the individual B&B web site .

Driving Directions from Victoria:

Follow Highway 1, the Trans-Canada Highway, north from Victoria (note: Douglas Street becomes Highway 1). You will go over a small mountain pass called "the Malahat Drive".
You have arrived in the South Cowichan Valley. Follow the Blue and White B&B signs,or the directions on the individual B&B's website.
