South Cowichan Bed & Breakfast Association
Less than an hour's drive from Victoria over the breathtaking Malahat Drive, you will find the gently rolling countryside of the South Cowichan, Vancouver Island's Wine Country. It is a land of farms and forests, lakes and rivers, rolling hills and ocean beaches. Visit the communities of Malahat, Mill Bay, Shawnigan Lake, Cobble Hill, Cowichan Bay, and Cowichan Station. Take the Mill Bay Ferry across Saanich Inlet to visit world-famous Butchart Gardens and onward to Victoria's International Airport and BC Ferries terminal at Swartz Bay. Nearby are the towns of Duncan, heart of the Cowichan native culture, and Chemainus, renowned for its outdoor murals and theatre. Nanaimo's ferry terminal, providing another link to the mainland, is just an hour north.

A warm welcome awaits you at South Cowichan's Bed & Breakfasts. Over 50 rooms are available, from the modest but comfortable to the scenic and luxurious - all smoke free. Many are adult-oriented, but children and pets are welcome at some. As unique as each is, all have one thing in common --- warm and friendly hospitality.
